I feel trust is at an all time low. ----- ### "HR Director" — 5.0/5 > **Rebecca** | *21 de julio de 2025* | Petróleo y energía | Valoración de la recomendación: 9.0/10 > > **Puntos a favor**: When you purchase the program and the full suite you typically get a great return on your investment but if you use an abbreviated version it isn't worth it. > > **Puntos en contra**: At first we did the cheaper route and it was not what we needed nor did we have the ability to get the full function. Over all it is very similar to Indeed. > > Plesant and the customer service team was on point which in my eyes can make or break a program like this in the HR function. ----- ### "Not our best recruiting tool..." — 3.0/5 > **Usuario verificado** | *9 de abril de 2026* | Contabilidad | Valoración de la recomendación: 6.0/10 > > **Puntos a favor**: Their platform is fairly easy to use and understand. It offers all the bells N whistles for a recruiting system. > > **Puntos en contra**: The quality and number of viable candidates has not been worth the prices, which are quite high for recruiting ads. This may be an industry-specific problem. > > No viable candidates were generated by ZipRecruiter so we have stopped using them in general. It seems they have diversified their service offerings recently, and we don't need that. We just want actual candidates. ----- ### "User Friendly and a good value" — 4.0/5 > **Martha** | *16 de abril de 2026* | Relaciones públicas y comunicaciones | Valoración de la recomendación: 8.0/10 > > **Puntos a favor**: Zip recruiter is a great tool for our recruitment process. It was an easy platform to use when it came to employee recruiting and management. It was nice to be able to customize the posting how we wanted it to show up. Customer Service was easy to get a hold of and they were very responsive which made it even more of a value for the money paid. > > **Puntos en contra**: What I liked least was that we did not get as many candidates as we did on other recruiting platforms. Like maybe not as many people are looking on Zip Recruiter as we thought. ----- ### "ZipRecruiter helps put our job listings together" — 5.0/5 > **Nick** | *12 de enero de 2026* | Transporte/transporte en camión/ferrocarril | Valoración de la recomendación: 8.0/10 > > **Puntos a favor**: ZipRecruiter helps us put together job listings and sort through candidates better than the competition. > > **Puntos en contra**: Not sure how much of this is ZipRecruiter's problem, but the candidate pool is not what it once was and I feel a lot of it is because of the way hiring companies have become dead-ends for applicants ----- Página: 1 de 440\ Siguiente: [Página siguiente](https://www.getapp.com.co/software/9561/ziprecruiter?page=2) ## Enlaces - [Ver en GetApp](https://www.getapp.com.co/software/9561/ziprecruiter) ## Esta página se encuentra disponible en los siguientes idiomas | Local | URL | | de | | | de-AT | | | en | | | en-AE | | | en-AU | | | en-CA | | | en-GB | | | en-IE | | | en-NZ | | | en-SG | | | en-ZA | | | es | | | es-CL | | | es-CO | | | es-MX | | | fr | | | fr-BE | | | fr-CA | | | nl | | | nl-BE | | | pt | | | pt-PT | | ----- ## Datos estructurados
