Comprehensive ERP features that are built with the workflow and accounting in mind. Excellent interface with Xero. Very customizable, but in an easy to understand fashion.

For those switching from other platforms, it could use better historical data import functionality. In particular outstanding orders. We had about 200 open orders when we made the switch, and had to enter them manually as Dear's import features could not handle our workflow.

Lightspeed retail has no ability to handle sales tax based on "ship to" address and has not integration with Avalara. In discussing with Lightspeed they seem unaware that this functionality is needed. Cin7's recent price hike is unacceptable. They've increased fees by $72 per month ($864 a year) while offering no tangible benefits for my business in return. They claim the increase is for platform improvements, but none of the so-called upgrades—like B2B modules, advanced WMS, or virtual agent support—are relevant to my needs. It's frustrating that I'm being forced to pay for features I don't use, and this isn't the first price increase since Cin7 took over. Despite these hikes, the service remains the same, just more expensive. This feels like a cash grab, with no regard for existing customers. Avoid if you value transparency and fairness.
