Separate tiers for Manage (LPM), Grow (CRM), Accounting, Draft (Docs/Templates/Automations), the CPI (Clio Personal Injury "add-on") and now Clio Work (Ai, Research, etc.) If these programs were integrated, and we could select them a la carte under various plans, versus what appear to be distinct packages (some based on user licenses, some that are mandatory for the firm), it would help. IF the CPI or DRAFT were included, maybe for a slightly higher price, it would seem more integrated. I understand the economics, costs to deliver superb service by Clio and value the various components bring, but it is becoming onerous and unwieldy for a solo/sm. firm. > > Aside from that minor, negative Con above, I Love Clio, as does my staff and colleagues.
