Although several integrations assist with automation, things get lost in translation by crossing platforms. If Clio could create an internal process for automating task generation and tracking, that would be excellent. I also wish there was a way to share large files with opposing counsel. Two years later, I’m still waiting for most of that to materialise. I feel let down by the gap between the sales pitch and what’s actually been delivered. Clio may be more developed in other markets, but in Australia, it’s been frustratingly underwhelming.
