The editor is extremely complete and there are multiple templates that we can use or adapt to our needs. The integration with other office tools allows us to incorporate our diagrams into text documents, presentations and share our designs with the rest of the organization. > > **Puntos en contra**: It is an excellent diagramming platform, which has been maintained over time, incorporating innovative integrations with more recent and collaborative applications, which allows it to ensure its validity for much longer. > > Without a doubt, Visio has remained a reference tool in process diagramming for service companies, manufacturing, and in general, for all those organizations that need to represent their operation in diagrams based on standard rules. Since it maintains the concept of design and use of most of the tools developed by Microsoft, we do not need to invest a lot of time and effort in the adoption of the platform. ----- ### "Visio Usage for Organizational Charts" — 5.0/5 > **Jonathan** | *17 de octubre de 2025* | Gestión de organizaciones sin ánimo de lucro | Valoración de la recomendación: 10.0/10 > > **Puntos a favor**: I like that Visio gives you a large amount of creative tools that help you design flowcharts and organizational charts. I have been making a large amount of organizational charts for my organization recently, so it has been such a helpful tool. > > **Puntos en contra**: I wish the tool looked more visually appealing and felt more accessible for certain tools. I feel like I have to keep looking through the program and learn something new every time. > > My overall experience has been good since it has made creating organizational charts easier. I enjoy the creative side of it because I use a lot of different shapes and colors to determine the flow of the org charts. ----- ### "Visio – professional in diagram drawing" — 3.0/5 > **Chaya** | *15 de abril de 2019* | Software informático | Valoración de la recomendación: 7.0/10 > > **Puntos a favor**: Visio has become one of the major applications which is used in drawing diagrams in the industry. Visio has become almost an official tool in diagraming as it is vastly used In most of the companies in creating diagrams related to their business plans and projects. There are various types of diagrams provided through the application . So the users can draw any type of a diagram according to their requirement from the given diagram types. Because of the large number of diagram types provide by the application users’ does not need to search different software to draw different diagrams which saves both the time and money of the user. Visio offers different editions like Standard, professional and pro with particularly improved functions per each edition. Also Visio created diagrams can be imported in another similar diagram drawing software and do further modifications. Even the diagrams drawn by some selected software can be opened through Visio and edit them. Visio offers both desktop and online versions for the users which helps the users to use the product whenever they want wheatear they are connected to internet or not. > > **Puntos en contra**: Visio is not a platform independent software. So far Visio is only available for windows operating system. It does not supports mac os or Linux or any other operating system. Which has limited the usage of the application only for the users using windows. Though there are different editions users have to pay for each edition with more facilities. And the price need to be payed seems to be unfair considering the same category applications. Though there is a desktop version in Visio it is not constantly updated. Updates are available for the desktop version within few years time period. So it is bit difficult to work with the desktop version. > > Visio is one of the tools which is used by most of the people for drawing diagrams and charts. Because of the easiness in drawing and and professional look of the final product this application is more famous in the industry more specifically in IT industry. ----- ### "Visio: A Vision of a Perfect Flowchart" — 5.0/5 > **Caleb** | *14 de abril de 2025* | Redacción y edición | Valoración de la recomendación: 9.0/10 > > **Puntos a favor**: Previously I made flowcharts in PowerPoint. I had to make a new presentation, create a non-title slide, insert a shape, resize the shape, insert a text box, insert an arrow, resize the arrow, connect the arrow to the shape, and repeat all of the above a dozen times, just to make a simple flowchart. Visio doesn't have this issue; it's so much simpler\! Visio gives you the blank slate and a whole selection of shapes and arrows that connect to one another automatically. Any text you attach is resized automatically to compensate for the change in shape. This ease of use lets me focus on the content of the flowchart, rather than the formatting. (The formatting features are robust, too.) I quite like Visio's approach to flowchart creation, at least in comparison to PowerPoint's. > > **Puntos en contra**: I wish Visio came bundled with Microsoft 365 for Business by default. The pricing model for Visio (and Microsoft 365 in general) is so confusing. Feature-wise, Visio is great. But acquiring the software, let alone acquiring it at the best cost, is a hassle. > > My experience with Visio has been positive. It's easy to use and has a lot of cool features tucked away once you get the hang of the basics. (For my part, I only need the basics, and they work wonderfully.) I wish it came bundled with Microsoft 365 for Business by default. Actually buying Visio is so much harder than it needs to be. ----- ### "Visio all day all night" — 5.0/5 > **Cody** | *6 de junio de 2025* | Salud, bienestar y deporte | Valoración de la recomendación: 10.0/10 > > **Puntos a favor**: Visio makes it so easy for our training department to make flow charts for new hires, visio makes incredible diagrams that look professional. > > **Puntos en contra**: Visio in my opinion is the go to, I don't have anything negative to say about it. Clients love seeing the visuals from it. > > Visio in my opinion is worth every cent, if you are working on a presentation or training new hires, this is your go to for being able to create effective flow charts. ----- Página: 1 de 133\ Siguiente: [Página siguiente](https://www.getapp.com.co/software/91066/visio?page=2) ## Enlaces - [Ver en GetApp](https://www.getapp.com.co/software/91066/visio) ## Esta página se encuentra disponible en los siguientes idiomas | Local | URL | | de | | | de-AT | | | en | | | en-AE | | | en-AU | | | en-CA | | | en-GB | | | en-IE | | | en-NZ | | | en-SG | | | en-ZA | | | es | | | es-CL | | | es-CO | | | es-MX | | | fr | | | fr-BE | | | fr-CA | | | nl | | | nl-BE | | | pt | | | pt-PT | | ----- ## Datos estructurados
