Very easy to set up and to use. Very cost-effective, one-stop shop for all your hr needs. > > **Puntos en contra**: Easy to set up. Easy to use. Very simple. Not expensive and a complete hr tool for your company's needs. > > Great customer service. Very cost-effective. Very efficient. It gives you many options for all your hr needs. ----- ### "Go For Gusto\!" — 5.0/5 > **Heather** | *26 de marzo de 2026* | Cuidado de la salud mental | Valoración de la recomendación: 10.0/10 > > **Puntos a favor**: Gusto has wonderful ease of use for everyone. It's easy to enroll, navigate, and see everything you need all in one spot. > > **Puntos en contra**: The only downside, which is very minor, is you cannot see your upcoming pay. It will show you that it's on its way with a deposit date, but no paystub until it has been deposited. > > Gusto is so much better than the other platforms we have used\! It even has a chat for your company employees. One employee can also have more than one account, if needed, but just one login, making it very easy to use. ----- ### "Good ingredients, but too much packaging and inconsistent deliveries" — 3.0/5 > **Matthew** | *6 de junio de 2026* | Administración educativa | Valoración de la recomendación: 2.0/10 > > **Puntos a favor**: The recipes are generally tasty and easy to follow, and the ingredients are usually of a good quality. Compared with some meal kit providers, Gusto doesn’t seem to cut corners on ingredients, and the variety of meals available each week is decent. The service is straightforward to use, and meal planning becomes much easier when everything arrives ready to cook. > > **Puntos en contra**: The amount of plastic packaging is excessive. Almost every ingredient seems to arrive wrapped separately, which creates a surprising amount of waste each week. I’ve also experienced occasional delivery issues, including missing ingredients, spoiled food, and even meat or fish being included in a plant-based order. While customer support is generally responsive and tries to compensate for mistakes, refunds are usually provided as account credit towards a future box rather than resolving the immediate problem. > > My overall experience has been mixed. The food itself is usually enjoyable, and the quality of the ingredients is often better than expected. However, the service isn’t always reliable. When ingredients are missing or unusable, you’re still left needing to visit the supermarket to complete meals you’ve already paid for, which defeats much of the convenience that meal kits are supposed to provide. Customer service does make an effort to put things right, but compensation in the form of future credit means you still end up spending additional money to solve this week’s problem. It’s a reasonable service, but there are better alternatives available. ----- ### "Transformed our HR" — 5.0/5 > **Usuario verificado** | *26 de junio de 2026* | Telecomunicaciones | Valoración de la recomendación: 10.0/10 > > **Puntos a favor**: Payroll runs are quick and accurate, and the self-serve employee onboarding process is seamless. It saves us hours of administrative work every week so we can focus on scaling. > > **Puntos en contra**: The custom reporting features could be slightly more robust, but they cover all the standard essentials perfectly. > > Gusto has completely streamlined how we handle payroll and benefits. The platform is incredibly intuitive, meaning you don't need a dedicated HR background to navigate it. ----- ### "Great payroll and time tracking software" — 5.0/5 > **Rob** | *1 de marzo de 2026* | Salud, bienestar y deporte | Valoración de la recomendación: 8.0/10 > > **Puntos a favor**: We love how easy gusto is to use for a small business owner who has no experience in running payroll and all that comes with that piece of owning a business. They give checklists for hiring, file certain forms and submit certain taxes when needed. > > **Puntos en contra**: I don’t like how you get charged per person if you want to upgrade to using the time tracking service. More than half of our team is on salary, so we only need time tracking for 2 employees but would be charged extra for 6. > > We have had a good experience with gusto’s software and with their customer service. They’re always friendly and helpful when we run into questions. ----- Página: 1 de 170\ Siguiente: [Página siguiente](https://www.getapp.com.co/software/91057/gusto?page=2) ## Enlaces - [Ver en GetApp](https://www.getapp.com.co/software/91057/gusto) ## Esta página se encuentra disponible en los siguientes idiomas | Local | URL | | de | | | de-AT | | | en | | | en-AE | | | en-AU | | | en-CA | | | en-GB | | | en-IE | | | en-NZ | | | en-SG | | | en-ZA | | | es | | | es-CL | | | es-CO | | | es-MX | | | fr | | | fr-BE | | | fr-CA | | | nl | | | nl-BE | | | pt | | | pt-PT | | ----- ## Datos estructurados
