The banking connectivity, reconciliation, and banking rules are super easy to set up and work really well when designed properly. Functionality and many of the issues still exist, which makes it difficult to use and navigate. I find Dynamics licenses and cost of maintenance are still very expense for the value provided. You have to use a third party consultant (or internal support) to implement and project management which was quite costly and cumbersome. > > I think if we had the chance to select a new system again, we would definitely select differently. The system is very cumbersome, users have a hard time self-servicing and need a lot of hand-holding for simple entry and analysis. I also find the reporting is atrocious.
