It helped me grow and run my business immensely. I was able to easily plug in the stores that I operate and it worked like a charm. It populated all the orders without any problem. It is really a warehouse type of tool which I had to get used to. Customer service is ok at best and tech support is terrible. The big issue is the MASSIVE price increase they are forcing on their smaller customers. In order to continue using their API, they are forcing everyone into a subscription that is 10x more expensive\!\! So many small businesses rely on that integration, which they have always included. Not only are they increasing the price, they only gave us a month's notice to find and implement an alternative. It's terrible\! For them not to accommodate their existing customers is awful and just shows how little they care about us. You may not need the integration and think it doesn't affect you. Next time they pull this nonsense, it may be with something you use and rely on. Think hard before you spend countless time and money getting set up with them.
