Since I send emails weekly, being able to duplicate or reuse campaigns saves a lot of time and keeps the process simple. One area I would like to see improved is the flexibility of the design templates. While the existing templates are useful, more customization options and a broader variety of layouts would make it easier to create emails that feel more unique and tailored to different groups or purposes.
