I am in waterproofing and I've been creating quotes just fine during the free trial and a few days after I paid they shut my account down and wouldn't tell me why or give a refund. I put lots of time into getting all those quotes migrated onto the system and now I have to start again on a different app. I wouldn't recommend for small businesses that don't have their data in multiple places coz finding all the quotes I've sent is gonna take a while. I had used them for another business that had 2-3 transactions a month for over 2 years so I felt comfortable using them for this new business that had more transactions. I was wrong to have done so. > > Customer support is horrible. They won't answer you, just give you pre written responses.
