What we've most appreciated about the platform is our ability to customize and build a solution that fits our unique needs. We've connected the platform to our BI platform to drill into reporting and measure impact, and we've connected it with various other systems to gamify learning and present training opportunities to the right people, at the right time. This may be a burden for teams or orgs looking for something that offers more basic functionality in these areas, but in our experience, the upside of being able to customize and marry systems together brings even more value to the tool internally. > > **Puntos en contra**: We've had some challenges with administration as we've extended usage across the business. Namely, controlling access/permissioning so people weren't making content available to the wrong groups of individuals. It's also a bit of a headache to do any bulk updating of content, but it can be done.
