Whenever we propose a new idea or ask whether Aurum can accommodate a specific requirement, we have yet to receive a “no.” The team is always willing to collaborate — we simply schedule a call with the relevant people, and the task gets completed efficiently. This feedback is in no way a reflection of the customer support team, who are consistently excellent and extremely helpful.
