From beginning to end, the Team at Inclusive Docs performed above and beyond. The turn-around on the product we needed was quite fast, and throughout the process, the customer service from [SENSITIVE CONTENT] was phenomenal, as well as the responsiveness of the support team. A few times I needed to re-supply the file to them to fix a few things that we didn't catch when we initially supplied the product to them and they were able to take my new file and have it uploaded retaining all the accessibility information they added. It was a seamless process throughout.

What I thought was the most helpful was being able to hand over an entire pdf and have the team at Inclusive Docs take care of everything for the accessibility. We had minimal production work on our end with the file, and to be able to hand over the file knowing it would be taken care of was a huge relief, as we are not as up-to-date on the WCAG guidelines as they are, nor did we have the bandwidth in the office to produce a piece with WCAG accessibility. They did it all, with no worries that we wouldn't be compliant with the WCAG guidelines.

At not time was I unsatisfied with any part of the product, or process.

Wir sind ein noch sehr junges Startup-Unternehmen, welches ein spezielles Lesegerät für blinde Menschen herstellt. Dementsprechend ist es uns auch sehr wichtig, dass unsere Homepage für blinde und hochgradig sehbehinderte Menschen einwandfrei zugänglich ist. Nachdem wir mehrere Softwareprogramme aus dem Bereich Barrierefreiheit miteinander verglichen hatten, entschieden wir uns, InclusiveDocs erst einmal kostenlos zu testen, um von der Software einen Eindruck bekommen zu können. Kurz gesagt: Wir sind begeistert! Ich als blinder Mitarbeiter von Inventivio freue mich, mit dieser Software arbeiten zu dürfen. Sie unterstützt uns wunderbar bei unserem Ziel, nämlich eine barrierefrei Website unseres Unternehmens aufzubauen. Hervorheben möchte ich vor allem auch die Umwandlung von Bildern in Audiobeschreibungen, welche blinde Nutzer*innen mit Hilfe von Sprachausgabesystemen und Braillezeile lesen können. Wir werden InclusiveDocs demnächst kostenpflichtig für unsere Zwecke nutzen.

- Die Software hilft uns dabei, Bilder auf unserer Website in Audiobeschreibungen umzuwandeln. So können wir auch blinden Nutzern ein attraktives Nutzererlebnis anbieten.
- Wir haben sehr viele positive Rückmeldungen von vielen Personen erhalten, welche unsere Website häufig besuchen.
Puntos en contra
Bisher konnten wir keine Nachteile an der Software feststellen. Wir haben diese bisher als kostenlose Testversion genutzt, möchten sie aber gerne demnächst kaufen.

It is easy and fast to publish our weekly paper. The archives are very handy for readers once they know which issue they need.

I wish the issue date would not appear twice when we post our issue to Facebook. When our readers call, we find ourselves explaining a few things on a regular basis: 1) the menu bar appears when you hover your mouse over the upper right area of the page. 2) No, you can't search by a word; you have to the issue in which it appeared.

Historically, InclusiveDocs has been our provider to distribute our inflight magazine digitally. We suspended the printed magazine with Covid-19 so the digital platform has remained our main source of distribution to our passengers. We find it a user friendly platform with responsive account representatives.
