Kanban boards are visual and ergonomic – rows make it easier to cope with large amount of tasks. Estimations, NATIVE time tracking, time sheet reports are simple and valuable. They really help to make more predictable plans. > > **Puntos en contra**: There were sometimes inaccuracies in time tracking. But fortunately these problems were resolved very quickly. The TeamHood team also should further improve their system messages that are sent by email. > > Their informational content on how to work more effectively in remote teams has brought a lot of benefits and new insights. This is exactly what led me to try this tool. ----- ### "Best Kanban tool" — 5.0/5 > **Alina** | *16 de octubre de 2026* | Tecnología y servicios de la información | Valoración de la recomendación: 10.0/10 > > **Puntos a favor**: What I like most about Teamhood is how easily I can visualize and organize my thoughts, tasks, and projects in one place. Its Kanban boards and collaboration tools help me see priorities clearly and keep work moving efficiently. Having used various Kanban tools for over 15 years, Teamhood is the best I’ve worked with. > > **Puntos en contra**: Mobile app would help to plan on the go. Need more colors and ability to name the colors (assign project names to different colors) > > Teamhood helps me organize my thoughts, tasks, and projects efficiently through its visualization and collaboration tools. After more than 15 years of using Kanban across various platforms, Teamhood stands out as the best tool I’ve used. It brings clarity and structure to my work, making it easier to stay focused and keep projects moving forward. ----- ### "Does the Job Without Overcomplicating Things" — 4.0/5 > **Winston** | *16 de octubre de 2026* | Contabilidad | Valoración de la recomendación: 8.0/10 > > **Puntos a favor**: I like that Teamhood is simple to use but still offers plenty of functionality to explore. It's intuitive and easy to navigate, but there's more to it as you get familiar with the tool. I'm also liking both the Kanban and List views. They're straightforward and get the job done. > > **Puntos en contra**: When there are too many tasks on the board or list, it can feel overwhelming. It would also help to separate the progress of child items directly in the Kanban view. I had a hard time finding an archived task a few days ago. It was well hidden, and I needed AI to restore it. Lastly, I hope the Home page could be more customizable so we can focus on our priority tasks. > > Teamhood has been a useful tool for managing projects and tracking work. It didn't take long to get used to, and I can see it being useful for different workflows. A few areas could still improve the overall experience, especially when managing a large number of tasks and organizing work around priorities. Overall, it's been a positive experience so far, and I'm looking forward to seeing how the tool improves. ----- ### "Very user friendly tool" — 5.0/5 > **Ieva** | *30 de marzo de 2021* | Fabricación de productos eléctricos/electrónicos | Valoración de la recomendación: 10.0/10 > > **Puntos a favor**: Easy to use. No need for edition also tutorials > > **Puntos en contra**: No possibility to send reminder email. > > Very good ----- ### "Perfect for building plans, campaigns and managing teams" — 5.0/5 > **Simonas** | *31 de marzo de 2021* | Marketing y publicidad | Valoración de la recomendación: 10.0/10 > > **Puntos a favor**: Configurable Kanban boards - I make boards for any purpose, like action plans, backlink tracking, content management, strategy, brainstorming, campaigns. Efficient use of screen space. Fonts and items are quite small, but considering two-dimensional Kanban structure it allows to fit close to hundred items in one screen. Next level compared to Trello, Asana or smilar. > > **Puntos en contra**: Some needed integrations are missing (like Hubspot), but team claims to fix this shortly. > > It has become a daily tool of managing my work and coordinating a team of freelancers. I use Teamhood more frequently, than email. ----- Página: 1 de 2\ Siguiente: [Página siguiente](https://www.getapp.com.co/software/2044443/teamhood?page=2) ## Enlaces - [Ver en GetApp](https://www.getapp.com.co/software/2044443/teamhood) ## Esta página se encuentra disponible en los siguientes idiomas | Local | URL | | de | | | de-AT | | | en | | | en-AE | | | en-AU | | | en-CA | | | en-GB | | | en-IE | | | en-NZ | | | en-SG | | | en-ZA | | | es | | | es-CL | | | es-CO | | | es-MX | | | fr | | | fr-BE | | | fr-CA | | | nl | | | nl-BE | | ----- ## Datos estructurados
