It keeps track of all my materials, each product has a “recipe” and it deducts my materials with each sale. So if I’ve been keeping up with everything, I just run a couple quick reports and taxes are a breeze. I use it to track all my expenses, too and categorize everything. It also imports orders directly from my website as well as square invoices. > > **Puntos en contra**: The reporting could be better. I’m a candle business and it’s super frustrating. Here’s my list of things I need in a software. 1. Allo you to see stock levels in live time as you manufacture a new product. It’s a huge time waisted creating all our manufactures, then scrolling through all our ingredients and to see if there are any in the red, this is the only way to know if we can even make the items we want to. Very frustrating with ordering stock to. Again we have to make manufacturers to determine how much supplies we even have. This is very backwards. There needs to be an easy, live view of stock, as you make a manufacturer so you know straight away if you can make it. Also, a tick off system, there’s no way to know what manufacturers have been made or not as you have to give them todays date to even take the product out of stock, this leads me to pen and paper for every manufacturer I need to make that day. For example, Craftybase tracks most of my expenses, but I supplement it with Wave to capture all of my accounting needs. It tracks recipe components, but it's hard to capture all of the instructions in the notes field - so I supplement with Notion. But Craftybase is definitely the backbone of all of my business systems. > > My experience has been great.
