Then they bill you in full and final and add GST months later and threaten to take action if you do not pay the revised bill.  Just a shoddy operation and not what it was when I used in the UK.  Avoid it.

The functionality to profile essential role requirements ensure candidates  characteristics are assessed against essential skills required for the role.

I do not know if I'm using the system to its full potential and I'm sure I could be doing more.  It would also be a good refresher.
