Always helpful and they take the time to explain, help and suggest different solutions when needed.
I always feel welcome and know my website are in good hands.

For the membership part, we have been using LOTS of different membership scripts and plugins through the years. When landing here at Subhub, finally we could release the burden of software updates and complex setups. 
They have excellent tutorials about using the software and are always helpful if you have any questions.
Did I mention I sleep well at night knowing all is just working around the clock? :)

On the other hand, that is also what makes this so stable and robust to use.
