Integration Constraints - While integrations exist, non-Zoho or less common tools sometimes are harder to connect or have less reliable syncs. - Glitches with Gmail add-on or with email/web-form integrations. 3. Automation Limitations - Automation is more basic: recurring tasks are simple, fewer triggers/conditions, less sophisticated rules. For example, stage transitions, automated follow-ups have constraints. 4. Onboarding Can Vary - Onboarding is less than ideal. Sometimes slow, reactive rather than proactive. - A few bugs/glitches or reliability issues appeared (e.g. missing form submissions, contacts disappearing) though not universal. 5.
