We were able to eliminate almost all human involvement in our background check process and speed up turnaround times compared to our previous vendor where everything was done manually. ----- ### "Best background check service on the market" — 5.0/5 > **Jodelene** | *5 de junio de 2021* | Propiedad inmobiliaria | Valoración de la recomendación: 10.0/10 > > **Puntos a favor**: Canadian company that has excellent customer service. Easy to implement software solution and our customers love the instant reports that helps them with their tenant selection process. > > **Puntos en contra**: No complaints\! Other competitors are more costly and use less technology with their service. > > A great service to offer our customers (Landlords and Property Management companies) as well as an ID verification system that we use internally to mitigate fraudulent accounts. ----- ### "DO NOT USE, REFUNDS/CUSTOMER SUPPORT NON-EXISTENT" — 1.0/5 > **Frankie** | *12 de octubre de 2024* | Fabricación de productos eléctricos/electrónicos | Valoración de la recomendación: 0.0/10 > > **Puntos a favor**: Nothing, failed to get report, charged 3 times. Refund is impossible because customer support does not exist > > **Puntos en contra**: Charged 3 times for a report which they failed to get. Tried reaching out to their support, chat agent, billing and phone, none of the agents are useful, they're just there to run you around. > > Horrible, impossible to get a hold of. Didn't get a report. Cheaper and easier to go to police station ----- ### "Great and affordable system" — 4.0/5 > **Tayjah** | *5 de mayo de 2020* | Envases y contenedores | Valoración de la recomendación: 10.0/10 > > **Puntos a favor**: I like that this software is easy to use but that it also has a very human element to it. It was a proven good choice when I received feedback from a CANDIDATE, who was going into detail about how helpful the system was when it was running the employment verification checks. > > **Puntos en contra**: The SoftCheck could be improved. In this case, users need to choose what they want: affordability or reliability. Certn's SoftCheck is affordable, but I don't think it does a better job than me taking a quick look through the candidate's social media pages. You might as well save that cost and do it yourself or pay big bucks to have a private investigator do the online work for you. > > We have mostly enjoyed our experience with Certn, and when we didn't, their customer service team did their best to rectify it within a very reasonable time. I would recommend Certn to any business. ----- ### "CERTN Review" — 5.0/5 > **Steve** | *5 de mayo de 2020* | Seguridad e investigaciones | Valoración de la recomendación: 9.0/10 > > **Puntos a favor**: The speed of service is great. We get responses back from references the same day. This makes transitioning the new hire into the organization seamless. Also the response from CERTN support is fast and very helpful. > > **Puntos en contra**: At times knowing why the candidate is still analyzing. Often it is due to not being able to verify the pictures. It would be helpful for us, as recruiters, to know this, so we can help the candidate quicker. > > The speed of references responses for our candidates is great and helps get our candidates working quicker. It also frees up our time to focus on direct hiring. ----- Página: 1 de 5\ Siguiente: [Página siguiente](https://www.getapp.com.co/software/133591/certn?page=2) ## Enlaces - [Ver en GetApp](https://www.getapp.com.co/software/133591/certn) ## Esta página se encuentra disponible en los siguientes idiomas | Local | URL | | de | | | de-AT | | | en | | | en-AE | | | en-AU | | | en-CA | | | en-GB | | | en-IE | | | en-NZ | | | en-SG | | | en-ZA | | | es | | | es-CL | | | es-CO | | | es-MX | | | fr | | | fr-BE | | | fr-CA | | | nl | | | nl-BE | | ----- ## Datos estructurados
