This is well back-up by the support team who are very quick in there responses. It is a very comprehensive platform that covers a very wide ranging of tasks , with a very solid booking and operational platform. Control of shipments is solid and functional . Like all systems its ease of use improves with time and you get to know its quirks. Invoicing/CASS management is straightforward to use once you learn how to navigate the process . It produces nice clear reports which are able to be manipulated as required . Supplier management is very detailed , and you are able to record very comprehensive costings . We have found this to be a very cost effective platform for us as a smaller operation. > > **Puntos en contra**: My biggest dislike of the system is that it is too over complicated looks too busy in its appearance and a number of functions appear to be duplicated. So visually it looks a bit daunting , really needs to be streamlined . The lack of in person training and support on go-live was somewhat concerning and had to be pushed for . > > Very professional operation who have a clear objective for their customers. There are also area's where I feel space could be put to better use. Some aspects of the rate and surcharges section are very restricting. > > Overall my experiance with the Awery ERP has been good, I can see the benefits to the staff and our customers, we still have a way to go before we are using the full potential of the system.
