### "Feedback on PCS TM" — 5.0/5

> **Shamimul** | *26 de marzo de 2026* | Contabilidad | Valoración de la recomendación: 10.0/10
>
> **Puntos a favor**: I would like to share my feedback on the system interface. As I work in Accounts along with Dispatch, I find the load and payment section very well designed and easy to use.

Additionally, the option to select and update the status of loads is very efficient and helpful for my team in managing operations smoothly.
>
> **Puntos en contra**: Sometimes the system feels a bit slow while loading data, which can affect workflow efficiency.
A few features could be more intuitive, especially for new users.
>
> Overall, the system is very good. The payment section is well designed, and the fleet section is also working perfectly.
There is a slight delay at times, which may be due to multiple users working simultaneously or large data volume, but overall, the system performance is good and supports our work effectively

### "Reliable and User-Friendly TMS with Minor Mobile & Tracking Limitations" — 3.0/5

> **Ashwini** | *7 de abril de 2026* | Transporte/transporte en camión/ferrocarril | Valoración de la recomendación: 8.0/10
>
> **Puntos a favor**: The mobile access is highly convenient and user-friendly. It allows real-time monitoring and dispatching of load on the go in afterhours also. Notifications and updates are timely, making it easy to stay informed without needing constant desktop access.
>
> **Puntos en contra**: The mobile experience doesn’t always feel as smooth as the desktop version. Some features are a bit harder to find or just not there, and it can be a little slow at times especially when we’re trying to pull up a lot of information quickly.
Tracking works well most of the time, but there are moments when updates aren’t as real-time as you’d expect.
>
> Overall, my experience with PCS TMS has been positive. It’s a reliable system that helps streamline daily operations and keeps everything organized in one place. Once you get familiar with it, it definitely makes managing tasks and tracking much easier. There are a few areas that could be improved, especially on mobile and with real-time updates, but overall, it does the job well and adds value to the workflow.

### "Reliable and Efficient Fleet Management Solution" — 4.0/5

> **Shivani** | *20 de febrero de 2026* | Transporte/transporte en camión/ferrocarril | Valoración de la recomendación: 8.0/10
>
> **Puntos a favor**: The best part about PCS is its accurate real-time tracking and easy-to-use interface. It simplifies vehicle and fleet management while providing detailed reports and data insights. The system improves operational efficiency, enhances driver accountability, and ensures better control over logistics activities. Customer support is also responsive and helpful, making the overall experience smooth and reliable.
>
> **Puntos en contra**: At times, the system can feel slightly slow when loading detailed reports or large amounts of data. The interface could also be made a bit more modern and intuitive for new users. However, these are minor improvements and do not affect the overall performance significantly.
>
> One issue I faced while using PCS TMS is that the application does not allow zoom in or zoom out for better visibility of the content. This makes it slightly difficult to read smaller text on certain screens. Adding a zoom feature or adjustable font size option would greatly improve user experience and accessibility.
