All clocked hours are visible over the course of the pay period. Requests for punch adjustments are submitted through the software, as well as requests for use of vacation time, and reporting of sick time used. The software is linked to the workstation IP address, so punches can only be made while in attendance. > > **Puntos en contra**: Occassionally time punches are not logged the first click through. I always double check the daily log to ensure each punch is recorded, and sometimes have to click through a second time. If I get rushed and a punch isn't recorded, the approving manager is able to make adjustments. > > I often work alone in the sales office, and my attendance is verified by the TimeClock Plus punches throughout the day. It keeps an accurate record of my time and rounds up the minutes so I can get paid on time. It shows the exact time ypu clock in and out and the total hours / minutes rounded up. Its accessed to you and your employer as well. The out and in time have to be bounced back and forth to make it record correctly. Ex: Employee forgot to clock out for break and writes up an form for management to fix. When you go to split segment by by length-hit split-change out time to corrected out time. System automatically posts that as the duplicate in time. I then add the correct in time, it switches the out time to that time so I go back to out time and replace it with the correct time. that stays and then I go to break type and add the break correctly then save. > > I appreciate the accuracy of the TimeClock and the reports that I can quickly generate as needed.
