Now we don't lose precious time doing the inventory every month, or checking if our assistants have removed pricesely the drugs used that day from our stock, or even calling the owners for a vaccine or a check-up reminder. We can focus on what we supposed to from the beginning, saving pets life without being preocupied that maybe you are left out of stock for some drugs or that maybe Charlie the Pug forgot about his annual check-up. There are many functions, some we haven't even tried yet (baby steps in implementing them) that make the process so much easier. I do also wish we could create our own visit types to work with what we are used to. Also, one request would be to be able to re-order the entries in a canned treatment plan so if we have to adjust it, it will be in logical order of how we go through the process. He has dealt with my silly questions, serious questions, and overall frustrations getting it up and running (although the frustrations have been few). Even with the big time difference, he has been available when we needed him\!
