They were vague about the process and Support was unresponsive for weeks as we followed up via email and phone calls to get an update on our requests to transfer OUR business and patient data. I could go on about how disorganized and blase they are in managing client exits but they don't deserve anymore of my time.

We experienced constant latency issues and were not satisfied with the reporting and communications functionality.
