The support from the GH team is also wonderful, they accept feedback and turn around time of any requests/questions is fast and helpful.

> **Puntos a favor**: The customer support has been a breath of fresh air, after using other companies who were non existent when it came to afetr sales support.

> **Puntos en contra**: The only Con for us is the system sometimes can be glitchy and have bugs but Guardhouse have a great feedback board where issues can be raised are explored by the developers to fix the issues.

> I have used other systems that have had several similar features to the guardhouse system  but this system has been developed with our industry in mind which gives it the advantage on other systems that are designed as a one size fits all industries.

The personal touch has been amazing from day one the support has been second to none with the whole team making themselves available for full training or a chat when needed to resole minor issues. 

I have no intention of moving anywhere else as I do not belive there is such a security focused and customer friendly applicatin on the market.

excellent — always ready to answer questions and help us make the most of the system.
