Previously I was using Horizon, which was my first experience with an online inspection product. I would like to have a means to save comments that I write in a reusable library. > > Great product, I love it. Spectora has integrated for me what was a multiple step process during each inspection into a simple two step process to complete and publish an inspection. This saves a considerable amount of time during the day and makes the process more accurate and trouble free. The customer support team is also excellent. A few weeks ago when the software had a bug I had a response from the online team within minutes and a solution within the hour. This eliminated what could have been a stressful situation. It made my life easier as the report flow is simple. Sometimes the principle of a bad thing outweighs anything and everything I may have liked about Spectora. > > **Puntos en contra**: Spectora has decided they have the right to implement a mandatory pop-up window that MY clients will have to interact with when accessing their report. This ad is trying to sell the insurance, warranties, security systems etc to my clients from vendors I do not know and do not recommend. > > Spectora has sold out and become tone deaf to the wants of their actual customers - home inspectors. A 3rd party upsell in the form of a pop-up to the inspectors client is going to be the downfall of Spectora and they simply do not care.
