I have 10 years of experience with a "competitor" POS and can say that side-by-side RepairDesk the two are quite honestly incomparable. Their customer service is existent, and not just existent, they truly respond and resolve the issues and questions I've had. They are actively implementing new features and smoothing out the old and new of what is already a robust package. RepairDesk seems to place a lot of attention toward the customer's experience in my store. Automated texts, requests for review and feedback, customer facing displays, appointments and status update widgets for my website, etc: these are a few examples of RepairDesk's concern for my customers. > > **Puntos en contra**: Perhaps some of the bugs seem odd at times, but once again, compared to the POS I'm used to, I don't have much of anything negative to say about RepairDesk.
