Much better then long chains of e-mails where things can easily get lost. It's easy to use and simple to introduce other people to. Upload times are pretty fast which is also important when working on a deadline, and the Frame.io team is pretty receptacle to feedback. All is all very recommended for the types of project that have multiple department collaboration. > > **Puntos en contra**: I would NOT recommend using frame.io with clients. They somehow either manage to get lost with the interface, or would use it to bombard you with comments since it's so easy to do. It is also important to know that you can easily access media, add collaborators, participate in a review, upload your timeline for participation, participate in presentation mode, and import annotations directly into your project. You can choose the text color for the video titles, the background color and even the thumbnail you want to appear on the screen.
