When applying a WiFi-only job the job will time out in half an hour if there is a cellular internet connection. It does not hold the job until there is a WiFi connection available. their first-level support team a. does not understand what you are asking and b. they do not know their application. > > I find it just OK to use. The agent gets updated quite frequently and we have had some issues with this. The worst part about the software is updating the server software if you have an On-Premise solution (which we have.) I am sure the Cloud based version removes the problems we have had, but if you choose the on-premise solution that it can be very difficult to upgrade or when it is necessary. > > Overall I am very happy.
