> **Puntos a favor**: Ease of use- simple for both the company and the user. We have the ability to enter ALL necessary information regarding an event, and no longer have to continuously chase after people who want to work with us. Very practical when we are looking for extra help.

> **Puntos en contra**: The color scheme can get a bit confusing, lots of different colors for different reasons (not enough staff requested, etc.). Also, the date layout starts on Monday rather than Sunday, so it gets confusing when using other programs with a calendar. I've tended to put an event on the wrong day by accident.

> Highly recommend it for a business where you need consistent event/program staffing. Very easy to have new individuals sign up and join your group, as well. No jumping through any hoops.

> **Puntos a favor**: The system is amazing and offers you everything you need when it comes to staff scheduling (my department), but what I like most about Ubeya is their team. They are always ready to hear your business needs and they make sure they are being met.

> **Puntos en contra**: In the past, I had a few suggestions about things that could be changed, but now I cannot think of any. There's nothing I don't like. 
But if I had to choose one thing, it would be the business app. It would be great to have a simple way to post orders and schedule staff from a mobile app. I know we can do it from mobile browsers, but it is not so "readable" and you need to be super careful to avoid mistakes. I know that is one of the reasons why the mobile app doesn't offer it, but sometimes it would be helpful when we are not by the computer and need to do it. But I know that both Ubeya's and mine points of view are understandable and cannot hold it against them.

> My overall experience with Ubeya is 10/10.
Ubeya made my job as a staffing manager so much easier in every aspect of my work. The simplicity and efficiency of the system have especially improved my communication with our employees and boosted our team's productivity. 
To be honest, Ubeya is the best scheduling software I have used.
