Upcall have taken average quality leads, supplied by me, and achieved exceptional appointment conversion rates. Customer support has been excellent and Upcall have been very patient with an IT dinosaur like me. The system has a LOT of functionality, way more than my small business requires, but for a medium to large business it seems to have most everything that would be required. I was about to hire an in-house lead verification specialist before I discovered Upcall. Not only has Upcall saved me a lot of pain by not having to employ a person, the Upcallers bring a level of professionalism that I would not have been able to find. Not without a lot of difficulty at the very least\! When I would call i would get someone who i did not know. When first contacted I asked if they have experience in New York City and of course they said yes, but that I wasn't to worry, if i did not close a deal in 3 months i would get my money back (the cost for joining). Well of course i did not close any deals because of the four leads i got in three months one told me it was a mistake, and the other 3 never responded to my request for communication. I have been trying now for 3 months to get my money back and no one responds.
