Indeed, the style of the texts and titles is kept in our database and therefore allows in a single change to change everything in all the articles at the same time. It is very difficult to select the display order of categories, folders or even articles. Even if I had selected the order of presentation in the categories, nothing was displayed as I had indicated. Sometimes I would like it to show me only articles from such categories and I have not found how to do it. > > Overall I find the result to be very satisfying. It allows us to have a knowledge base that better represents the branding of our company, since we work on the style ourselves. There would be some possible improvements for the navigation and the research of the articles which are already created, but in sum the application is used very well. It would also be very relevant to have a warning message when deleting an article or folder. I happened to delete articles by mistake and I did not know how to bring them back. Our OpenCart stores run on a number of modules and we have to say there are no regrets at all. The only regret that we have is that we haven't found out about WebKul in an earlier stadium\!
