-Get alerts if your drivers are speeding, or driving in an aggressive manner which uses more fuel.
-Manage vehicle idle time which wastes fuel
-Have the ability to tell the customer exactly where their delivery is when they call asking "where is my item"?

> **Puntos en contra**: GPS device is not built very tough. In the event that you need to swap out the device for some reason, it's pretty easy to bend the pins inside, or if it gets dropped, it will shatter easily.
However, if this happens, Azuga will promptly get you a replacement (for a small shipping fee).

> **Puntos en contra**: Because we purchased through a third party (Aspire) we have to go through them for any support, we cannot get in touch with someone directly @ Azuga. We send emails, they never get answered. This causes delays in fixing issues and ordering new units. They need to get rid of the middle man.

> Overall it is easy to use, easy to set up and works well. The integration with Aspire is nice because we can access some location info directly in Aspire. Customer support is difficult though.

> **Puntos en contra**: Customer service is terrible. Most of the employees don’t know anything about the devices, kept shipping us wrong devices. Also at the last month of the session the units completely stopped working resulting in 10s of thousand of dollars in fines from my subcontractor in no GPS tracking. Ping rate is terrible. Could plow a whole site and it wouldn’t even update. 
When they first sent the units they didn’t even have the right wiring diagram.

> **Puntos a favor**: I use the maintenance part of the program the most.  It has taken the burden of physically checking the mileage on each vehicle we use.  Now that I have all of them entered into the service section.  It will send me reminders when scheduled maintenance is due.

> **Puntos en contra**: I would like it to be able to give an alert if someone is in an accident.  Our staff don't always report fender benders as they occur.  So real time alerts would be beneficial.

> It has helped us realize how many of our staff speed.  Some of them are extreme.  When we activated the alarm for drivers to hear when they speed it has cut down the incidents greatly.
