Betterteam es una herramienta de contratación basada en la nube que está diseñada para pequeñas empresas que permite a los usuarios gestionar todo el proceso de reclutamiento de principio a fin. Los usuarios pueden crear anuncios de trabajo, publicar y anunciar vacantes en múltiples portales de empleo, agregar portales de carreras profesionales a sus propios sitios web, aceptar solicitudes online, seleccionar y supervisar candidatos y mucho más.
Betterteam proporciona a los usuarios una plataforma centralizada para administrar anuncios en múltiples bolsas de trabajo, incluidas LinkedIn, Monster e Indeed. my ad. PLEASE give a huge and generous applaud to [SENSITIVE CONTENT]
....the BEST service reps that I have worked with in my recruitment position of over 20 years! They have assisted in contacting me back, no matter what I need, they are always willing and able to walk and talk me thru it! If possible I would highly recommend them for a "tops in service award" and if you don't have one, I would use them as a key role model to training any new hire you have. Was able to hire a great candidate much more quickly than if I had to manage multiple job boards myself.

We needed to fill one position, so I used the one-week free trial. The interface was slick and easy. We got about 100 applications for an admin/bookkeeper position within a week. The applications were of varying quality, but that's nothing to do with Betterteam -- that's just the "click to apply" world we live in now. (About a tenth of the applicants bothered to write a cover letter -- come on people!) We were able to fill the position with a great candidate without going to a paid version, but next time we need to hire someone I'll definitely go back to Betterteam -- hopefully we'll start growing enough that we need the paid service!

I received many quality applicants for the position I posted. I was pleased at how easily it was to then download their resume, and correspond with the candidates. I also used the trial, but would not have blinked an eye at spending for one job posting.
