Building customized programs, and the overall functionality and user interface has been a lot better (in terms of quality) experience compared to the client-coach app I've been using.

> **Puntos en contra**: It would be nice to have a few general pre-loaded workout sessions I can load for clients to workout to in real time, when getting started with the app. That way I could hit the ground running with some of those, rather than recording my own workout sessions to load later on.

My clients cannot seem to figure ut how to save a session mid workout and continue at another time, and they have wish the progress/tracking for exercises came with more detail, for example "you increased your lat pulldown by 27%\!"
