Forms, e-prescribe, etc. That being said, several of these features are being revamped or added in the near future. I will also add that the project management tools we used became a little cumbersome. They used 2 different tools that were different than the 2 we use in our business. Add in email and it can be a little difficult to ensure you are up to speed on all communications\! > > I loved the journey to migrate to Zenoti for our PMS solution\! Software transitions are always difficult but I have been through a few and nothing has been this difficult. After spending countless hours a week for many months providing all the details asked for, almost nothing has been set up correctly even though every detail was provided and then confirmed in writing. And we didn’t know this until we actually launched the software and had to deal with the repercussions. There is zero training for your office staff besides the videos (which are not customized to your customized software). There is no ability for your staff to practice operations until you have launched so everyone feels incredibly unprepared for daily, weekly, and monthly tasks still at 10 weeks after launch. We feel as thought Zenoti launched us wayyyy too early and there was no ability to make sure everything was running smoothly prior to going live. Tickets that we have had open since the first day of launch (and brought up in weekly meetings) have yet to be resolved. We kind of feel tricked that the team that sold us on the software made it seem soooo easy and it just is not.
