## Opiniones

### "OneCause is a One Stop Shop\!" — 5.0/5

> **Hannah** | *24 de marzo de 2023* | Gestión de organizaciones sin ánimo de lucro | Valoración de la recomendación: 10.0/10
>
> **Puntos a favor**: The OneCause platform is super user-friendly and easy to use. As an admin of our account and someone who hadn't used a platform like this before, I was really happy with the features and the ability to customize the Giving Center to look on-brand. We appreciated the support team's readiness and willingness to help us whenever needed, and they were always able to answer our super-specific questions.
>
> **Puntos en contra**: While there are a lot of customizable options, there were a few things we wanted to do that we couldn't. For example, we wanted to turn off max-bidding, which wasn't possible. We also wanted to use HTML for our package restrictions.

### "Happy Customer" — 5.0/5

> **Tim** | *16 de septiembre de 2025* | Organización cívica y social | Valoración de la recomendación: 9.0/10
>
> **Puntos a favor**: I'm slightly technophobic but found that the OneCause fundraising platform is user friendly, intuitive, safe for donors and creates an organized approach to our fundraising event that I didn't know I needed\! Donors and bidders were able to access our event with ease. From an event host's perspective, they have thought of everything and it's worth the money\!
>
> **Puntos en contra**: I have yet to find anything that I really dislike. If I had to choose something it would be that there were times I felt like I was left alone to figure out the learning phase. I could have used someone who would make sure I am on track to get the most out of the software and that I am reviewing all the tutorials
>
> We have held three events and three times I have needed OneCause support due to a my user errors. The OneCause staff was responsive, immediately available and able to resolve the matter quickly so that a potential major problem was removed completely. Our events were successful, enjoyable and the culmination of hard work and a lasting partnership with OneCause.

### "Room for Improvement" — 3.0/5

> **Monte** | *25 de septiembre de 2024* | Gestión de organizaciones sin ánimo de lucro | Valoración de la recomendación: 7.0/10
>
> **Puntos a favor**: Our primary fundraising event is an annual charity golf tournament. One cause is helpful because it not only tracks all our donors, it also works for ticketing and tee sheets.
>
> **Puntos en contra**: It's not as intuitive as it needs to be.
>
> If it's not as intuitive if it needs to be, there should be certain things we can modify ourselves as an organization instead of having to reach our to OneCause customer service for every little thing.

### "Best Customer Service" — 5.0/5

> **Lori** | *15 de junio de 2026* | Gestión de organizaciones sin ánimo de lucro | Valoración de la recomendación: 10.0/10
>
> **Puntos a favor**: The event management is so user friendly. The bidding process for our donors is easy to understand and use.
>
> **Puntos en contra**: There is not anything that I don't like. We have been able to use the platform with ease for numerous events.
>
> We have used OneCause for 5 years and we have received excellent customer service the whole time. The renewal process is so smooth\!

### "Events in Excellence" — 5.0/5

> **Jennifer** | *10 de noviembre de 2025* | Gestión de organizaciones sin ánimo de lucro | Valoración de la recomendación: 8.0/10
>
> **Puntos a favor**: Absolutely adored our live support. \[sensitive content hidden\] are incredible. They answer everything within a timely manor to help us execute our event with excellence.
>
> **Puntos en contra**: The fees are incredibly high. We have been considering other platforms to save on costs. Guests were off put buy the ticketing and credit card fees
>
> We love OneCause. It makes events easy to navigate and allows us to run events smoothly. Their staff are incredible and make the software that much more worth the investment.
