Also very easy to operate from a phone as well as computer. Very user friendly if you're looking to avoid the "techy" stuff > > **Puntos en contra**: It's just a good app. There was nothing that made me want to stop looking for other similar and better options. It's good people providing a good service with some learning involved and occasional frustration at times but it was a "I'm passing through" experience. ----- ### "Good, sincere team with excellent customer service" — 5.0/5 > **Alison** | *30 de septiembre de 2016* | Salud, bienestar y deporte | Valoración de la recomendación: 9.0/10 > > **Puntos a favor**: Ease of use and customer support > > **Puntos en contra**: No PayPal options or automatic receipts for students > > Although it round be great to have sone extra features like automatic receipts and would be great to have a PayPal option for students, StudioBookingsOnline deliver what they say they will, in a trustworthy \& helpful way which is becoming increasingly rare. In an effort to provide my students with more bells and whistles as my business grew, I tried switching to MindBody for a while only to find that they did not deliver what they'd led me to believe was available in the package I could afford, and once I signed up their customer service was nowhere near the standard of StudioBookingsOnline. After a couple of months of frustratingly long hours of setting up and "online training" with MindBody only to find they couldn't offer me something as basic as tracking the expiry dates of student passes without a hideously expensive upgraded package, I asked StudioBookings if they'd be able to recover my data. They had my whole student list and and all the data back up and running in no time. Their system is easy, and they don't desert you as soon as they have your money\! And I'm on the other side of the world, so yes email replies have to wait through the time difference but that's true of all the other systems out there too, and StudioBookinsOnline ALWAYS reply and are always helpful. I now still use them for my classes and Acuity for my private clients and online courses. If you run a small Yoga Studio running group classes, StudioBookingsOnline are the best out there. ----- ### "THIS WAS THE WORST DECISION I HAVE MADE WITH MY STUDIO. RUN AWAY. DO NOT USE." — 1.0/5 > **Hastings** | *28 de agosto de 2026* | Salud, bienestar y deporte | Valoración de la recomendación: 0.0/10 > > **Puntos a favor**: After the amount of customers I lost during the last update NOTHING. There is not a thing that has gone as it should. I absolutely regret trusting this software and if I didn't already have my studio relying on them I would 100% pay 3xs the price for ANY other booking software. This has been a TERRIBLE experience. > > **Puntos en contra**: There were so many issues when they had the system update and NO HUMANS TO TALK TO. NO PHONE NUMBER TO CALL. JUST AI ROBOTS with automated responses. Even now I've been trying to contact them to fix the issues and haven't heard from a human in two days. My business might fail now because I made the mistake of trusting this software. > > YOUR WORST NIGHTMARE. Imagine putting $30,000 into a brand new studio and then the software that you just purchased decides to update and every single person that tries to register for class is told that their credit expired in 1899. I had everything set up fine and then there were so many issues after the update.... classes and teachers were completely scrambled and I spent hours figuring out how to work around the glitches with absolutely no human to talk to or help. I literally had to figure it out on my own they were 0% helpful. ----- ### "The best customer service" — 5.0/5 > **Gina** | *3 de octubre de 2016* | Salud, bienestar y deporte | Valoración de la recomendación: 10.0/10 > > **Puntos a favor**: Easy to use, great price, amazing customer service. > > **Puntos en contra**: Not knowing how to do things and but luckily they are quick to help. > > As a new business owner, appreciate the free trial when money is flying out the window. Easy to set up, and to be candid- once you set up, why would you switch? Good news is w/ fast \& friendly customer service - you don't need to. Looked at alternative to mind body because so many studio owners I know complain about them so glad I took the leap. This software is also very flexible too meaning you are able to do things that others can't (coupon code). The price is right and I highly recommend Studiobookings software. ----- ### "Best bang for your buck" — 4.0/5 > **Jenny** | *11 de marzo de 2020* | Salud, bienestar y deporte | Valoración de la recomendación: 7.0/10 > > **Puntos a favor**: It has the best price point. When it comes down to it, money talks. It’s a great scheduler, especially for the price. > > **Puntos en contra**: It’s not as user friendly as other applications but in weighing pros and cons, I still like it a lot. > > The customer service is amazing. They are very hands on. ----- Página: 1 de 2\ Siguiente: [Página siguiente](https://www.getapp.com.co/software/105535/studiobookings?page=2) ## Enlaces - [Ver en GetApp](https://www.getapp.com.co/software/105535/studiobookings) ## Esta página se encuentra disponible en los siguientes idiomas | Local | URL | | de | | | de-AT | | | en | | | en-AE | | | en-AU | | | en-CA | | | en-GB | | | en-IE | | | en-NZ | | | en-SG | | | en-ZA | | | es | | | es-CL | | | es-CO | | | es-MX | | | fr | | | fr-BE | | | fr-CA | | ----- ## Datos estructurados
