I would make a couple of improvements, though: 1. We are glad there are both session confirmation and reminders, but we would really like it if we could schedule a reminder around 1000 days from the date of training. This might sound like a long time, but the certifications we offer are good for 3 years and 1000 days would still give them a couple of months to schedule their recertification training. 2. It would be nice if the 'unlimited' tier of add-ons wasn't so much more than the tier that gives you 8 add-ons. At most, I would like one or two more, but it's not worth such a huge jump in price. 3. We really like the idea that email can come from our business email address, but at the moment, it's just not working for us because the SMTP settings just aren't being accepted. ----- ### "Helpful fast service for easy booking" — 5.0/5 > **Usuario verificado** | *4 de noviembre de 2025* | Salud, bienestar y deporte | Valoración de la recomendación: 10.0/10 > > **Puntos a favor**: Prompt response times and helpful customer service. Although it is early on in the relationship they have built a level of trust with their help. They also don't nickel and dime you like other companies > > **Puntos en contra**: Not super intuitive user interface but they have answered all my questions to help get me up to speed. > > It has been a positive experience, I have come to them with issues I need resolved quickly and they have answered all of them. ----- ### "Wish the app developers would listen to feedback." — 2.0/5 > **Donna** | *18 de noviembre de 2022* | Salud, bienestar y deporte | Valoración de la recomendación: 0.0/10 > > **Puntos a favor**: I love the look of Simply Book Me. While it's annoying to have to pick and choose from Custom Features and in many cases forego functionality for looks, I like the look. > > **Puntos en contra**: I have contacted SimplyBook.Me a million times in my many years as a user with feedback for improvement. Most of the improvement required has to do with the app. Also, when I set my account up a billion years ago, I set it up with 5 minute increments but as my business has changed, that has changed. I now need 15 minute increments for scheduling but the developers are either incapable of conceiving a different possibility else they are under trained or under funded. As a long time user, I feel they ought to listen to my needs and FIGURE IT OUT. > > I feel like Simply Book Me developers are severely uninterested in making their product greater and I would not recommend it until they begin to respond to my many years's requests for improvement. ----- ### "Simply breaking the mold in a world of cookie-cutter booking software" — 5.0/5 > **Justin** | *28 de marzo de 2025* | Servicios financieros | Valoración de la recomendación: 10.0/10 > > **Puntos a favor**: The exceptionally high level of features and customization options, especially when compared to other booking options / software. > > **Puntos en contra**: Customization is something of a double-edged sword - the more you have, the more complicated things become. This felt compounded by the way things were organized, like having to go to multiple different sites depending on what you need to do. > > Overall it was a fantastic experience. I had tried several different booking softwares before coming across SimplyBook.me, and it was a breath of fresh air. ----- ### "Happy to find a booking service with so many extra features\!" — 5.0/5 > **Chris** | *21 de febrero de 2025* | Servicios individuales y familiares | Valoración de la recomendación: 7.0/10 > > **Puntos a favor**: Feature rich to expand use as my needs grow. New to system but does everything I need as a single provider with one to one services and classes. Support so far has been excellent. Combines a lot of services into one that a basic booking service doesn't provide. > > **Puntos en contra**: The only reason I would take off a star or move on down the road is that it isn't a complete white label solution. You still have to use their favicon, but it should be an easy feature for them to add in future. There is a learning curve to use site with all of its features. > > I'm still a new user and overall I am very happy. ----- Página: 1 de 53\ Siguiente: [Página siguiente](https://www.getapp.com.co/software/105387/simplybook-me?page=2) ## Enlaces - [Ver en GetApp](https://www.getapp.com.co/software/105387/simplybook-me) ## Esta página se encuentra disponible en los siguientes idiomas | Local | URL | | de | | | de-AT | | | en | | | en-AE | | | en-AU | | | en-CA | | | en-GB | | | en-IE | | | en-NZ | | | en-SG | | | en-ZA | | | es | | | es-CL | | | es-CO | | | es-MX | | | fr | | | fr-BE | | | fr-CA | | | nl | | | nl-BE | | | pt | | | pt-PT | | ----- ## Datos estructurados
