Our own company policies did not allow for us to use their cloud version, and that has led to some frustrations where the functionality was limited with on-prem > > Had we known during the selection process that on-premise would create some important limitations with the hand held devices and functionality at our locations we might have made a different choice. The support team was always available to help during implementation, but sometimes didn't have an answer or took a long time to reply.
