My fault I should have done more digging on the this business. What I value is integrity and unfortunately they do not. If you look at the Better Business Bureau, they have an F if you look at the Reddit reviews, they are all bad not one good review. This is a community of people sticking together and unfortunately, I was scammed under 24 hour notice I asked for a refund. I did not do the on boarding. I did not Proceed declined everything and still never received a refund. I was told I needed to talk to them on the phone to go over the details in order to getting the refund. During the call they ask why I changed my mind which I didn’t really feel comfortable explaining what I found and felt they would ghost me. Which they did > > My overall experience is very poor. It also was misleading as I explained what I want, what I’m looking for. I ended up getting all the whistles and bells. All I really needed was one thing from them and that was to edit and post my content that was it. I did not need any fancy website. I will keep you updated. It's natural to assume that. While I like that there is internal promotion, I dislike having to switch to a new rep whenever my current one moves up the ranks.
