MemberLeap provided significant and timely support during the website design process and during the process to cut over from our previous site. The website they designed is very visually appealing and has the functions we wanted. The site is fast and works well. Our members had an easy time logging on and adjusting to the new product. The best part of MemberLeap is their customer service though. They made our transition to a new system so much easier. They always get back to you the same day or within 24 hours. It would be nice to have everything in a column on the side so it's easier to get to, like Membership, Meetings, Store, etc. Their reporting feature needs work also, too many steps to get the report you need. > > As mentioned above, they have been top notch to work with. And they don't advertise \& market aggressively, (unlike a half dozen other companies that I regretted asking for their free demo almost immediately because they wouldn't leave me alone for years afterward.
