First, let me say that I appreciate the work they do and all of the hard work that goes into developing the product. It's not easy and it is important to recognise this. Here are my thoughts about what I don't like about Geekbot. First, I love the idea of providing people with an anonymous survey because people can be truly honest, but it would be great if we could nudge the anonymous participants using Geekbot to complete the survey. This is because currently, we have a super low survey participation rate which is really hurting our process. We used Simple Poll previously that had this feature, we would love if they could develop these features\! Secondly, their pricing for this seems expensive to me since they charge us per user. The pricing structure makes sense if you are a small team \< 10, but we have a lot of interns and temp staff (about 23 people) so the cost stacks up very quickly.
