Would have eliminated 5 double bookings and days of waiting for answers if only they took 1 or 2 30 minute sessions for a call. Most of time, you email with a problem and wait. Sometimes for 24 hours before getting a response. > > Not good. It appears to be a powerful system but zero training and support make it a nightmare. I had to plead for help for a 30 minute call because of problems. Both sessions lasted longer because it even took staff that long to help with 1 or 2 things, Not getting to all my questions. The person was helpful but this stuff takes time to implement. I started w 2 houses and have 2 more.
