All our staff use it daily and generally can use all of the needed functions with limited training. The price is reasonable and the support is pretty good. They are friendly and understand the problem. > > **Puntos en contra**: We have found several limitations for our counseling center: 1) we see multiple members in a family with different counselors. You cannot create more than one account with one email. So if there is only 1 parent and 2 children that need to be seen we need to be creative in how to get intake paperwork to them. 2) Some of the forms are not customizable. We tried to use our own Intake and Treatment Plans, but then none of it had interface with the other features, so we went back to using their forms, but they are not in the format we need for Medicaid and for our own needs. 3) we do assessments to track progress. They recently added a few basic standardized assessment tools, but we would prefer to use our own that we developed. So we need to use Survey Monkey for that function. Generally we would prefer a product we can tailor more to our program needs, but realize this would cost a lot more. So for the money, this is an adequate product for us. > > This keeps our program running well and all the counselors can stay on top of their paperwork. However, at the turn of the transition to Ensora, I seem to have lost some of my very important notes, i.e., some of the old treatment plans/documents, going back to 2021-2022. I reached out to the Ensora support team, they could not detect what had happened to those notes…still missing?\!\!\! > > Well, I started my private practice with the TheraNest in 2021. I used Ehana at my previous job, a mental health clinic. TheraNest was quite user friendly which I appreciated the most, unlike Ehana. My office manager must now pull up an individual person's calendar to find a spot for the client, then go back to the agenda and choose every counselor to display all appointments on the agenda view. Prior to the changes, the agenda did not change based on a calendar selection. It adds several steps to her job with EACH client and takes time. > > Overall it has been fine. Pretty simple to use once you get a feel for how the overall program works. I like that the cost is based on the number of clients you're working with as opposed to the number of staff. I also don't like that after someone is removed from a group, they may still show up on the progress notes list, even though it does show them as removed from the group, that tends to be an irritant for our staff. > > My overall experience has been positive.
