Not having to collect monthly dues from patients is a major time server. The ease of being able to view all transactions, billing dates, exp dates, etc. is beneficial to reduce errors during cycles beforehand. The customer service department is outstanding. Any time I have a question, I am confident that it will be answered promptly and effectively. They are always willing to help and go the extra mile to resolve issues. Voice mails / emails are always returned with any advice needed. I can't say enough about this department, excellent job with the training. The only con would be not having latest program on the computer can sometimes slow things down, but this is not an efit issue. ----- ### "A bit much to take in. There are sooo many report options it's rather overwhelming and may be a bit too much. Not a huge fan of the Activity Scheduler. Packages are really difficult to put together and, aesthetically, it just doesn't look good.
