We have had very little to no resistance from personnel when migrating them to use the system. > > **Puntos en contra**: Limited customization on the dashboards and reports are also a bit simple. > > For the past 7 years I've been an active user of MRPEasy through different organizations and it comes to no surprise that MRPEasy has always been up to the task. From metalworking to composite extrusion, this tool has been able to adapt to our very specific factory needs. Definitely a great aid in growing a small business to a medium size company\! ----- ### "MRP(now)Easy" — 5.0/5 > **Kyle** | *17 de marzo de 2025* | Bienes de consumo | Valoración de la recomendación: 9.0/10 > > **Puntos a favor**: MRPeasy gives you one central repository for all your order and manufacturing information with cross referencing available from almost every page. After two years of battling with spreadsheets that only I can understand, MRPeasy has simplified and streamlined my manufacturing-process paper trail and given me valuable reports for traceability. > > **Puntos en contra**: Only that free users have no rights at all in the system. I would have liked to see role-based costing for users, that way I can put more of my staff onto MRPeasy. > > I have had a wonderful experience so far; technical support is always helpful and respond quite quickly. MR Peasy help is also a great tool for any general queries I have. As I say, MRPeasy has made it easy to track and managed all of my client Purchase orders, all of the stock that goes with that and allowed me to focus on what matters most to me in my business which is getting production out the door as quickly and accurately as possible. ----- ### "Wouldn't recommend" — 3.0/5 > **Jeremy** | *11 de junio de 2025* | Producción de alimentos | Valoración de la recomendación: 3.0/10 > > **Puntos a favor**: In terms of headline functionality, it does provide an almost full solution. There is the ability to add the fields relevant to your business. > > **Puntos en contra**: The UI and UX is genuinely terrible. Modules and features don't logically sit in the right places. Key information isn't highlighted in ways that stand out or provide quick insights to the users. Screens are crowded with icons yet don't segregate content clearly. The business partner they endorse to support with installation also failed to implement leading to my company hiring me to resolve the issue. > > It essentially seems like someone turned a spreadsheet into a database table and put a basic UI over the top that replicates pivot tables. It then feels like various features have been tacked on with no real coherent design decisions. I am currently investigating alternative solutions in the market because of this. ----- ### "A straightforward and reliable inventory and manufacturing solution" — 5.0/5 > **Jay** | *22 de abril de 2026* | Comercio mayorista | Valoración de la recomendación: 10.0/10 > > **Puntos a favor**: We are an educational manufacturer of rock, mineral, and fossil kits. We manage a large inventory, and MRPeasy has been a great tool for tracking inventory, generating purchase orders and invoices for both suppliers and customers, and managing the entire manufacturing process from raw materials to finished kits. We also use QuickBooks for our bookkeeping, and all invoice information transfers automatically from MRPeasy into QuickBooks. In addition, as we were setting up, customer support was readily available to answer questions. > > **Puntos en contra**: For cons, this is less about MRPeasy and more about QuickBooks. When we receive payment and close out an invoice in MRPeasy, it automatically transfers to QuickBooks, which works well. However, if the payment is deposited in our bank first and we close out the invoice in MRPeasy a day later, QuickBooks has often already generated an invoice to match the deposit. This can result in duplicate invoices in QuickBooks and requires some cleanup. It is a bit frustrating, but to be clear, this is not an issue with MRPeasy. > > Overall, our experience with MRPeasy has been very positive. The program is straightforward and easy to use. After getting everything set up and spending some time becoming familiar with the system, it has become a seamless part of our operations. We have been using it for nearly a year now, and it has proven to be a reliable and user-friendly solution for managing our processes. ----- ### "Using MRP Easy for an Ambitious and Expanding Bakery" — 4.0/5 > **Dani** | *26 de noviembre de 2025* | Producción de alimentos | Valoración de la recomendación: 9.0/10 > > **Puntos a favor**: User Interface is incredibly straightforward and responsive, works exactly the same across desktop and mobile app. System itself is very powerful and flexible, allowing us to gradually phase in the implementation and increase our usage of the system over time. You really can measure almost anything about your production processes and plan your manufacturing, purchasing and delivery for weeks and months in advance if required\! > > **Puntos en contra**: Due to the flexibility and potential for customisation, it can however sometimes be a little tricky to find the 'best' or most efficient way to reflect your manufacturing process in the system. Also sadly missing the features to create recurring Customer, Supplier and Manufacturing Orders, this would be a huge time-saving feature. > > Overall the system is relatively easy to use and gives us confidence in our ability to use the system as we grow as a business and implement more and more of the features ----- Página: 1 de 8\ Siguiente: [Página siguiente](https://www.getapp.com.co/software/102417/mrpeasy?page=2) ## Enlaces - [Ver en GetApp](https://www.getapp.com.co/software/102417/mrpeasy) ## Esta página se encuentra disponible en los siguientes idiomas | Local | URL | | de | | | de-AT | | | en | | | en-AE | | | en-AU | | | en-CA | | | en-GB | | | en-IE | | | en-NZ | | | en-SG | | | en-ZA | | | es | | | es-CL | | | es-CO | | | es-MX | | | fr | | | fr-BE | | | fr-CA | | | nl | | | nl-BE | | ----- ## Datos estructurados
