It has many features, many modules and lots to offer. The price is the draw to Pulseway, as it is much cheaper than the leader in the RMM and MSP industry. They offer full managed support for servers, which if your an MSP, you will see the value there. The cost per server is low enough to make it profitable and give you access to network and server engineers at a low cost. The sales and marketing feature has lots of potential. The dashboard feature for systems is one the best. > > **Puntos en contra**: Workflow and process flow is confusing. Needs a better one dashboard solution for everything and not having to jump to differnet modules. The integrated help desk, has issues and needs better integration with the RMM. Overall it needs a better workflow process. > > For the price, you have workarounds. It does havea learning curve, and will take you time to get used to the way Pulseway does things. Sometimes its seems wacky the way things work. They offer decent support and most questions get resolved. Good think is they are always fixing issues, and updating the features. Saving money with Pulseway was our draw to it. Very happy with the way it offers many of the features in solutions costing 5 times the price. No commitment, no contract pricing let us play with it and decide without worry. Their Support and Sales team are patient and great. Most things get resolved instantly and they listen to feedback and always have new fixes and feature ready at bay. > > **Puntos en contra**: Occasional cohesiveness between the webapp and mobile app. There are some rare instances that the Web App and the Mobile App function differently, whereas as an avid software user, the general stance is that there would generally be the the same experience across web and mobile. The mobile app has not been updated in terms of excessive functionality as well as looks as it still holds the same look and feel and most of the functionality from years ago. That being said, even those functionalities are ahead of its time when they were release, I hope they improve their mobile app whilst they are already improving their web app as I believe their mobile app sets them apart from other competitors. The ability to restart a PC or check its logs while being away and remote itself is nuff said. Improved notifications is also another aspect I would like to add. > > The overall experience has always been wonderful. I know a lot of people give bad reviews and experience regarding Kaseya with contract locks etc. As anyone would naturally would not like to be bound by contract, its their way of doing business and I respect that as they want to retain long term serious customers. I have always have a great experience talking to support and sales and they always understood my needs and were always ready for a quick call for better understanding my requirements, which is saying something in terms of support. A major shoutout to all my previous account managers and my current one \[sensitive content hidden\].
