I will say phorest in features is one of the best software out there. I love appointment managemetn system, scheudling, and tons of other features that you cannot find in other spa management softwares, Phorest has done incredible job understanding need of spas and setting up everything in convenient way. I liked the idea of having an app but they weren’t able to do that. > > **Puntos en contra**: Customer service is bad. They don’t follow through on anything. Onboarding was horrible. Unable to downgrade plans. > > I started using Phorest in July and in January it’s now I decided to end my contract. They have you sign on for a year but broke their side of the contract so now it is null. This company has horrible customer service. Do NOT get any extra add ons such as “app” or “online store”. It was 6 months and I was paying for features I had no access to and the sales people couldn’t ever tell me when it would be finished, what needs to be done. The on boarding was horrible I went from fresha to Phorest and it took months and clients hate Phorest and still complain about it. They messed up our schedule and client appointments. They told me they would credit me this month when I’m signing off the contract and without notice they disabled my account during a work day and took hours to get ahold of anybody. It's easy for everyone to use and love some of the newer features that help with new staff coming on board. The new app features a unique referral code for each guest to share with those they are referring, and the internal tracking is amazing\! We can see the results of our referral program and monetize it. > > **Puntos en contra**: The reporting isn't always as straight forward as I hope for it to be. But we always ask for help when we can't find what we are looking for. I wish the new app for guests would allow us to manage the guests who use the "rebook previous appointment" tool, as it has been hard to manage with shop guests who schedule with multiple service providers and their timing isn't scheduled correct. > > Overall, The Phorest team is amazing. From onboarding, we had support in person to help our team and we've had support every step of the way. We have one person to reach out to if we have specific questions or need support on specific things. The helpdesk feature for our front desk staff has been super helpful. Phorest Academy is great for our new staff and training them.
