Ejecutar la nómina de los empleados de manera sencilla en tiempo real, además de usar el programa es muy intuitivo, además del servicio que brinda el programa es muy completo

es algo costoso realmente no todos pueden tener acceso al programa además no funciona en todos los países

Lo principal es que es una plataforma sencilla de utilizar,puede obtener funciones modernas en el ámbito de recursos humanos,poder pagar la nómina de manera rápida y eficaz.

Me es un poco desagradable que siempre me lleguen Gmail recordándome cada cosa que hago en esta plataforma me parece innecesario y estresante ya que me saturan de mensajes.

Muy buena experiencia, la recomiendo mucho, es simple y sencilla para las nóminas y para declarar impuestos, en general le doy un 10/10. Es mejor que la mayoría y muy útil.

Solamente que faltan más opciones para personalizar. El resto está todo bien

Es más de usar y sobre todo de entender.

A veces va algo lento, pero se soluciona facilmente.

I tried the Gusto Checking account and I feel like it is very lackluster and pales in comparison to a regular checking account. This isn't their main offering so it doesnt bother me

Gusto provides clear instruction and definitions for a variety of hiring categories. The tax options for hiring and onboarding are clear. The time tracking tool is efficient.

It would be helpful to include scheduling tools for staff.

Gusto is fantastic! This completely simplifies the entire payroll process. Very easy to set up and easy to enter on a weekly basis. I highly recommend using Gusto!
Added bonus being able to get benefits and work comp. through them also!

Honestly, I don't really have any cons for this software. We love it! It has saved us a ridiculous amount of money and time compared to other payroll providers.

This has been so easy to use! Simple and straightforward to enter my hours and payroll.

I haven’t really explored the other features on the app yet. I do wish there were less clicks to get to adding more hours.

Rising costs of base amounts and per employee fees

They offer an all-in-one package for supporting payroll and payroll deduction-related benefits. It is easy to submit benefit claims through their portal. Customer Service is easy to reach, and they are fairly quick in their responses. Payroll and reimbursements are delivered promptly.

Recently, they switched providers for deduction-based processes, but did not inform employees of the turnover. I tried to submit a reimbursement claim through their old portal, and it did not inform me of the switch to a new provider. This was frustrating, and I wish Gusto had informed me of the switch in a more engaging process.

What I like most about Gusto is that I can set up automatic withdrawals from my check to my savings account.

What I like least about Gusto is that they send too many text and email updates.

Gusto dashboard is easy to navigate and control

Gusto is impressively versatile — it can be used as a hub for both documents and hours tracking!

The only things I don't like:
1. How quickly access would time out, and how long the app often takes to load a new screen (~15+ seconds at times).
2. Some quirks affecting ease of entry for tracking hours (e.g. not being able to adjust the clock-out time to a future time, the requirement to enter a note before you can save a shift). Some companies it might make sense to have those requirements in place, but that could be better customizable.

Gusto's ease of use is what we like most. It's so easy for our employees to onboard and use.

Their state tax compliance service need a bit of improvement, especially on the city and county level for taxes

The best thing about Gusto is that it ensures that salaries are always paid on time, without any errors in calculating taxes or overtime hours. I love the employee interface, it gives a detailed breakdown of actual hours worked and amounts due, with statistics that enhance transparency. The real-time order documentation is excellent, and it’s great that it allows us to track orders with ease.

I couldn’t find anything I didn’t like, it’s great that Gusto’s mobile notifications are not delayed, which reinforces our commitment to fulfilling orders on time.

It was pretty easy to make payroll adjustments for both W2 employees and contractors. The health benefits offering is very helpful for small companies.

When onboarding a new employee, they don't handle any of the paperwork- meaning a lot of manual time has to be spent working on that.

Onboarding new employees takes no time at all.With a few clicks Gusto sends the online form to your candidates and alerts you once it is ready for approval.Its like having a full HR team at your fingertips but literally for a fraction of cost.

As the time grows it can be slightly expensive.
