Staff is friendly and helpful, and they respond quickly to emails (in less than an hour, on average). The website is well-organized and simple to use. We switched from Intuit Payroll because it made paying state taxes to the appropriate agencies a snap.

We've been able to streamline our payroll process significantly.

Overall experience was good , you get what you paid for. Time tracking is easy and simple.

After about two years, I have enjoyed my overall experience with Gusto. As a very small business (myself plus two part time employees) I have found its features to be easy to use and relatively inexpensive. I was able to set up custom benefits for my remote work employees in addition to the standard benefits they offer. They also partner with other organizations to offer additional benefits like medical, retirement, etc. and these are things that would have been likely more difficult to seek out and set up on my own. I have recommended Gusto to multiple colleagues before.

Overall, I have enjoyed the platform. It simplifies tax filing and takes the guess work out of bookkeeping as it shows everything my contractor made for the year.

It's great. I'm able to see my time, PTO, paystubs, important documents, and "rainy day fund" within a minute.

Generally speaking, I'm happy with the Gusto interface and usability. I've been running into issues with it's connection to the state's website which has been frustrating, but Gusto has been quick to respond to help out, and I really appreciate their attention to customer service.

Gusto is a great option for payroll for small businesses or nonprofits (like ours), especially if you didn't have significant prior payroll experience.

We've been using Gusto for 5 years now for payroll and benefits. It's extremely easy to use, and every time we've run into issues with state regulations or similar, we've been able to talk to a very knowledgable rep to get it sorted out. Even stuff down to the city/county level -- I didn't expect that.

I have been working with Gusto for over three years, and have been extremely happy. There was one slight price increase during that time, but no significant negative changes and more feature updates during this time. Still as easy to use as the day I signed up!

It has been extremely stressful. Starting a new business, especially on a smaller scale is already a stressful experience daily. The last thing you want to stress about is your staff being paid in a timely manner. I literally log into Gusto daily to make sure my access to run payroll isn't blocked for some crazy reason. It's unreal! This is by far the most stressful experience. I am honestly leaving this review to avoid potential customers the headache, not because Gusto will take any of this into consideration.

M overall experience with Gusto is if you have a small business this would be a good payroll platform to utilize. The reports can be made you just need to play around with what you are looking for and the quarterly reports are there they just aren't in the "Tax Packages" to create right away but can find them in the general reports. Overall it is nice to use for smaller businesses.
