Groupeasy Best for Small Groups at Church

It has helped us expand our reach in the church. Our calendar, documents and articles are readily available

We never have perfect attendance and Groupeasy allows us to catch up, know what’s happening and prepare for meetings. Before groupeasy we had to call people for info. Groupeasy is accurate and efficient and empowers group to stay up to date

Group Easy an amazing community tool

Groupeasy is a powerful platform to keep people informed and make group communication easy and private. It's intuitive design makes using it straightforward and easy. Highly recommended.

Works, but doesn't help

The product makes it easy to host and organize static documents. This meant that if one person did research, they could make it easy for the rest of us to catch up on the research they had done.

There are very few scenarios where an organization would need to host static documents and not also need to host living documents. We had do supplement our use of this product with a cumbersome mix of google and facebook products, which most of us felt defeated the purpose of having a centralized platform.

This review focuses on one of nine features for the product. By design, the Documents feature is a Repository. It is not intended to facilitate real-time document collaboration. Organizations that exist over time, often value the ability to archive their work products/ artifacts year over year. Members of groups generally like the fact that no one can delete/update their material, especially when the group is large. Anyone can download, edit and re-upload, but you cannot overwrite anyone else's work.

Groupeasy is great

I find this software perfect for small to medium size groups. It is convenient, easy to use, and keeps me informed of announcements and new documents for our group.

I really like that all of the meeting information can be found in Groupeasy. Files, directories, and announcements are all easy to find

It took me a little while to get used to it and where things are filed.
